Job summary

Radar Healthcare in Leeds is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to demonstrate software to healthcare organisations across the UK and US, translating complex challenges into tangible outcomes.

You will partner with Sales Leads, develop expert product knowledge, and support the sales cycle with compelling demonstrations and consultative discussions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience delivering software or SaaS product demonstrations to customers.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and working with sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to healthcare organisations across the UK and US.
  • Understand each customer's challenges and adapt demonstrations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to ensure demonstrations align to customer needs and commercial objectives.
  • Maintain expertise in Radar Healthcare platform, products and customer use cases.
  • Gather customer feedback to shape future product development.

The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new Product Specialist

As we continue to grow across the UK and US markets, we're looking for an experienced Product Specialist to join our commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves engaging with customers, demonstrating software solutions and translating complex challenges into meaningful outcomes. You'll be the product expert within our Sales team, helping prospective customers understand the value of Radar Healthcare through compelling demonstrations, consultative discussions and expert product guidance.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference

As our Product Specialist, you'll work closely with Sales Leads throughout the sales cycle, partnering with prospective customers and showcasing how Radar Healthcare can help solve their challenges.

Product demonstrations and sales support
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to healthcare organisations across the UK and US.
  • Understand each customer's challenges, priorities and desired outcomes, adapting demonstrations accordingly.
  • Support discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder meetings and solution discussions.
  • Clearly communicate product functionality, benefits and real-world use cases to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to ensure demonstrations align to customer needs and commercial objectives.
Become a trusted product expert
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Radar Healthcare platform, products and customer use cases.
  • Maintain expertise in product functionality, integrations, configuration options and roadmap developments.
  • Manage high-quality demonstration environments and realistic customer scenarios.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to prospect and internal product questions.
  • Stay informed on healthcare market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer expectations.
Support complex sales opportunities
  • Work alongside Sales Leads to understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate solution approach.
  • Help qualify opportunities and identify requirements, dependencies and potential solution gaps.
  • Contribute to proposals, tenders, presentations and customer responses.
  • Provide product insight during commercial discussions while ensuring commitments align with current product capability and roadmap plans.
Build relationships and credibility
  • Engage confidently with clinical, operational, governance, quality, technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead consultative conversations to uncover customer challenges and business objectives.
  • Adapt your communication style to different customer audiences and healthcare environments.
  • Represent Radar Healthcare at webinars, conferences, customer events and industry forums.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insight to help shape future product development.
Enable internal success
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing development of sales colleagues.
  • Create and maintain demonstration scripts, guides, FAQs and sales enablement materials.
  • Share product knowledge and best practice across the wider commercial team.
Your journey so far...
  • Experience in a Product Specialist, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience delivering software or SaaS product demonstrations to a variety of stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and translate them into relevant product solutions and business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and working collaboratively with sales teams.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across UK and US sales activity, including occasional travel and meetings across different time zones.
Even better if you…
  • Experience within HealthTech, healthcare software or a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of NHS, private healthcare, social care or US healthcare markets.
  • Understanding of quality, risk, compliance, patient safety or clinical governance processes.
  • Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or formal customer evaluations.
