Product Specialist

The sales recruitment network is recruiting for a product specialist. This role does require travel. Product specialist experience is required.

Product Expertise

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of the C2 and C5 product range, including the banding module, and serve as the go-to expert for technical queries.

Training & Development

1. Design and deliver structured training sessions to engineers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively with their products.
2. Provide a fully documented training programme, incorporating video footage as a key support asset.

Technical Support (Internal)

1. Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to engineers, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.

Technical Support (Customer-Facing)

1. Offer on-site hands-on assistance and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring exceptional service and expertise.

Building a Self-Sufficient Engineering Team

1. Ensure all field-based engineers develop a high level of product knowledge and can take the lead in your absence, operating under a Make Yourself Redundant policy.

Documentation

1. Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and training materials to support ongoing learning and development.

Bank of England Compliance

1. Ensure that all Bank of England Framework testing is planned and completed on time so that all customers' adaptations remain compliant.
