Product Specialist

Are you hands-on, technically minded, and passionate about helping customers find the right solutions? This Product Specialist role offers the perfect opportunity to put your skills to use in a field-based position that combines problem-solving, product support, and technical expertise.

What you’ll be doing:

Carry out on-site visits to assess customer needs and identify the best-fit solution
Deliver live or virtual product demonstrations tailored to the client's environment
Support the setup and configuration of equipment to meet specific customer requirements
Provide hands-on technical support during and after installation
Train end users and colleagues on product usage and safety best practices
Maintain detailed records of visits, feedback, and demonstration outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing improvement and innovation
Ideal candidate profile:

Experience in a technical, product support, or application-based role
Confident with mechanical or electrical systems and quick to grasp new technologies
A natural communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Logical thinker with good problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel across the UK in a field-based role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Full UK driving licence
Bonus points for:

A technical qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3)
Previous experience working with configurable or industrial equipment
Knowledge of operational environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
