The role

You will support and act as deputy to the Product Solutions Manager, overseeing team leadership, production, contractor and workplace management, and project delivery. You will develop actionable, customer-focused project plans for wayfinding and customer information requests, ensuring alignment with guidelines. You will also oversee all physical customer information, signage, and wayfinding within the airport, focusing on navigation from entrance to exit and transitional areas.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a team leadership role, capable of managing workloads and empowering teams. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage external relationships are essential. Experience in design is not required but willingness and ability to learn are necessary.
