As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team, you will be a key contributor to defining and configuring complex product solutions for major client relationships and prospects. Your role involves researching and gathering client feedback to develop unique solutions in partnership with Sales, and coordinating with product teams to support new product development.

You will engage with JPMorgan Chase’s clients across various Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to help them utilize the Chief Data and Analytics Office Platform solutions across Data, AI, Governance, and Analytics. Building expertise in these capabilities, you will create and maintain high-quality documentation and training materials, guiding clients to leverage these tools for their data and analytics initiatives. We seek a highly motivated individual with a solid foundation in Data and AI/ML technologies.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team focuses on designing and delivering governance, discovery, access, and data and AI services, enabling JPMorgan Chase teams to advance their data and analytics efforts and achieve maximum commercial outcomes. The Client Engagement Team manages accounts, solutions, implementation, and client service across various business lines.

Job responsibilities

  1. Support the strategic definition and configuration of solutions tailored to client needs through collaboration with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Product.
  2. Contribute to constructing pricing proposals and value analysis reports to showcase product benefits.
  3. Deliver engaging presentations and develop sales decks and training materials.
  4. Establish forums for coordination within the Product Solutions team to enable solution configurations.
  5. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to develop integrated solutions.
  6. Support the implementation of solutions addressing clients’ data and AI activities.
  7. Communicate complex statistical and technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, demonstrating expertise in data science workflows and technologies for financial markets.
  8. Make informed recommendations on data science and big data workflows to clients and partners.
  9. Create examples, applications, tutorials, SDKs, and presentations for internal clients.
  10. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development and strategy.
  11. Manage multiple tasks and client engagements while staying updated with academic and industry trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. At least 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving within a team across product clusters.
  2. Experience supporting sales cycles with sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value reports.
  3. Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Understanding of various statistical models (e.g., regression, tree-based methods, neural networks).
  6. Strong programming skills in at least one language used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB, Scala).
  7. Experience applying data science to real-world financial use cases.
  8. Knowledge of open-source data analysis tools and machine learning libraries.
  9. Ability to create technical documentation and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  10. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and loosely defined tasks, including interaction with senior management.
  11. Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  1. Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  2. Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services.
  3. Experience with large-scale, distributed data analysis tools such as Spark.
  4. Understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, banking, or asset management.
