We are seeking an administrative professional to support the Global Product Security team in coordinating activities, preparing materials and dashboards, and tracking budgets and actions.

The role requires strong organisational skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work across international teams, with occasional travel. Hatfield, UK-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience or internship in administration, analytics, or security support is desirable.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Global Product Security team.
• Coordinate programme activities, meetings, travel, and action tracking.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports and dashboards.
• Collect, analyse and present programme metrics and KPIs.
• Support investigation administration and budget tracking.
