As a Product Sales Specialist [gn], you will:

  • Support HCL Software's revenue and customer growth by acting as a subject matter expert for the Total Experience (TX) Solution Portfolio, focusing on new customer acquisition and relationship management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hunting & Market Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the TX space, building HCL Software’s presence across key markets and industries.
  • Thought Leadership: Deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and PoCs to audiences from developers to C-level executives.
  • Sales Execution: Collaborate with Client Directors, SDRs, Technical Advisors, and Partners to drive complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Deal Coaching: Support high-stakes opportunities as a deal coach or executive sponsor.
  • Solution Positioning: Develop and present solution proposals tailored to client needs, aligning TX capabilities with business outcomes.
  • Partner Enablement: Train and support partners on TX product positioning to enable broader market reach.
  • Industry & Competitive Awareness: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors, positioning HCL TX as a differentiated offering.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed targets.
  • Executive Engagement: Represent HCL Software in customer conversations at the executive level, influencing decision-makers and strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of sales/pre-sales experience in enterprise software.
  • Experience with Low-Code/No-Code development and/or Digital Experience/Portal solutions (B2B, B2E, B2C, B2G) is preferred.
  • Executive-level and consultative selling experience.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for delivering value-based presentations.
  • Strong understanding and articulation of solutions based on HCL software portfolio.
  • Proven success in generating new business and building long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with competitive technologies (e.g., MS PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, ServiceNow, Adobe, Sitecore, Liferay) and their market positioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
