What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the launch of and managing its in-life product management.
- Supporting the launch of onto One Business and managing the product lifecycle, including contributing to the roadmap to create a differentiated proposition aligned with the broader SASE strategy and customer experience.
- Supporting the writing of comprehensive product requirements that will feed into roadmap features and customer experiences.
- Potentially leading future product launches when approved.
- Providing input into business cases to secure capex funding and identifying in-life opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Owning the product relationship with vendors, utilizing their innovations to suggest feature enhancements.
- Producing sales and customer collateral to maximize sales opportunities across BT Business.
Experience needed to be successful in the role:
- Product Management experience from launching new products or managing the in-life product lifecycle in the UK B2B market.
- Experience translating customer and market demand into product development decisions, requirements, and user stories.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders externally (Customers) and internally (C suite/Director Level).
- Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen with the ability to develop and present business cases, pricing strategies, and lead vendor negotiations.
- Understanding of the UK Security Market, preferably with knowledge of cloud-based SSE / SASE products.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, including presentations, data analysis, email, and phone.
