As the new Product & Pricing Analyst, you will support Whitbread Hotels and Restaurants in the UK, ROI & DE, focusing on Food & Beverage data setup across multiple systems including Micros RES, QSR Kitchen Management System, Oracle R&A / Gift & Loyalty.

Location: Whitbread Court with a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the F&B Technical Product Manager with business-as-usual and project updates to Food & Beverage systems
• Collaborate with F&B sites to identify system improvement areas
• Ensure applications and till processes are user-friendly
• Manage the full lifecycle of small to medium change requests, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for system operations

• Experience in restaurant, bar, service, or F&B industry, or supporting roles in hospitality is advantageous
