We have 4 fantastic opportunities to join Water Production as a Product & Process Manager (Water) for someone who has a passion for Operations & Maintenance and leading sustainable improvements large, complex operational teams. You will drive the performance of Yorkshire Water's most expansive assets and their associated compliance and regulatory interactions. With a strong track record of running high performing teams to deliver brilliant compliance and Health and Safety performance at a cost Yorkshire folk are prepared to pay, you will utilise the most appropriate mix of in-house and outsourced skills to deliver the best possible outcomes for Yorkshire.
This role will have financial accountability for circa £10 million operating budget, leading the transformation for the function, enabling modernisation of ways of working and reducing the cost of failure through implementation of Dynamic Asset Maintenance, adapting to new regulatory water quality drivers and embracing our operational asset management system (ERP).

We also have a number of customer-facing roles – you could be on the telephone speaking to our customers, planning scheduled work or be out visiting our customers’ properties to resolve an issue they may have.
