Do you have working knowledge of product and pricing strategies, and how to manage the specific risks and issues they pose? We’re seeking an experienced Product and Pricing Senior Risk Manager to support our Head of Operational Risk in simplifying and making risk management accessible across AXA Commercial. You’ll communicate risk concepts clearly, with a solid understanding of insurance risk within a diversified commercial insurance portfolio.

You’ll lead and develop a team of risk experts, working closely with colleagues across all lines of defence to understand and implement the AXA UK Risk Framework, ensuring effective controls, processes, and policies are in place.

AXA offers flexible working arrangements, with at least 40% of your workweek away from home, including visits to offices, clients, or industry events, moving to mostly remote work from September 2025.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with Line 2 Risk team to embed the Risk Framework effectively within the Product and Pricing teams.
• Support the UPP Teams and Head of Operational Risk in maintaining a comprehensive view of risk profiles.
• Provide timely risk reports to enable proactive risk management.
• Support key strategy and change initiatives within UPP.
• Coordinate risk activities within the Product and Pricing Risk team.
• Advocate for customer-centric decision making.
• Assist leadership in managing key risks effectively.
• Coach business areas on risk assessment and management, ensuring data accuracy and risk tolerance adherence.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong data processing, presentation, and action-driving skills.
• Proven leadership and coaching experience in risk roles.
• Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements, conduct, and operational risks related to product and pricing.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a commercial outlook.
• Experience overseeing risk frameworks, policies, and standards compliance.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and report writing skills.
• Collaborative style to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
