Product and Portfolio Manager

Location: Swindon (4 days per week onsite) Salary: Up to £70k (DOE) + Up to 20% bonus

Are you an experienced product leader with experience managing technical portfolios and agile delivery? We’re seeking a Product and Portfolio Manager to lead our product management function, guide product strategy, and play a key role in the future leadership of our business.

About The Role

You will lead the product management function, contribute to long-term company strategy, and help define the roadmap for current and future offerings. As a senior figure in the organisation, you’ll work across departments to align technology, market needs, and customer success — with the opportunity to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.
