Volkswagen Group UK is launching a two-year graduate programme based in Milton Keynes. You will rotate across Product Planning teams, shaping vehicles, offers and strategies for some of the world’s most desirable automotive brands.

The scheme provides training, development opportunities and a route to early responsibility in a commercial business. You’ll start with a salary of £31,800, with placements across product planning, sales performance analysis and market trends, all designed to

On this graduate programme, you'll rotate across our Product Planning teams, helping shape the vehicles, offers and strategies behind some of the world's most desirable automotive brands. From future product decisions to sales performance and market trends, you'll gain valuable experience at the heart of our commercial business.

Product: Help shape the future of our vehicle range. You'll analyse customer and market trends, support decisions on model line-ups, specifications and pricing, and contribute to product launches and lifecycles that thousands of customers will love across the UK.

Tactical: Turn strategy into results. You'll help develop and evaluate a range of competitive incentive campaigns that drive customer demand, support sales performance and deliver commercial success for all of our brands.

Sales Planning & Supply: Join the team that keeps our business moving. You'll support sales planning, forecasting and supply management, ensuring the right vehicles are available at the right time. Working with international factory colleagues, you'll manage logistics planning and enhance data visibility to power Brand decisions.

What's the assessment process?

Our graduate recruitment process is designed to enable you to show us your true abilities. Once you've hit the apply button,you'llbe asked to completenumerical andsituationaljudgement tests. If you successfully complete these, we'll invite you to complete an online video interview sothatwehavea chance to get to know you.

Thefinal step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre in early 2027, where you will take part in a range ofactivitiesbased on real-life tasks.You'llalsohavea chance to meet some ofourmanagers and the current graduate cohort.

Successfulcandidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre and will joinusin September 2027.
