Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a 12-month Product and Partnerships Industrial Placement to shape the future of consumer banking. You’ll contribute to real projects, learn how products and partnerships are built, launched and evolved, and work with data, digital platforms and customer insight to deliver tangible outcomes for millions of customers.

You’ll join a structured development journey, collaborate across teams, and have opportunities to connect with leaders.

Qualifications

Be in your penultimate year at university.
Knowledge of at least one modern programming language or framework.
We cannot sponsor visas.
Demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role.
A genuine passion for technology and the drive to keep learning.

Responsibilities

Exploring customer behaviour and using insight to improve products, propositions and experiences.
Helping design simpler, more connected journeys that support customers to manage their money, borrow, save and plan for the future.
Contributing to cross-team projects that deliver visible change for customers and the business.
Working with external partners to develop and bring new propositions to market.
Using data and technology to test ideas and make informed decisions.
Supporting more inclusive, sustainable and personalised customer outcomes.
