Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is offering a 12-month Industrial Placement in consumer banking, designed to develop the next generation of product leaders. You’ll work on real projects, learning how products and partnerships are built, launched and evolved to meet customer needs.

Expect to gain experience across product development, data, digital platforms and customer insight, with a structured learning journey, sponsorship from leaders and opportunities to connect across Consumer and the Group.

Qualifications

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role.
• We cannot sponsor visas.
• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language or framework.
• A genuine passion for technology and the drive to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Support real projects that help customers and the business.
• Learn how products, propositions and partnerships are developed, launched and evolved.
• Work with data, digital platforms and customer insight to solve problems.
• Contribute to cross-team projects delivering visible changes for customers.
