Lloyds Banking Group is launching its Product and Partnerships Graduate Scheme in the UK. You will work across customer-focused products, digital experiences and partnerships, with three diverse placements over two years.

You’ll learn product management, customer journeys and data-driven decision making, with mentoring from leaders and access to learning platforms. The program offers hybrid office days and exposure to major partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate curiosity about customers, products and partnerships.
• Willingness to learn and develop through structured training.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers and data experts.

Responsibilities

• Learn how products are created, prioritised, launched and improved.
• Work with Product Leads, Engineers, Designers and Partners to solve problems.
• Contribute to three diverse placements across customer-focused areas.
