A prominent construction company in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Owner to shape and execute the product vision for their Time & Attendance Management platforms. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, ensuring usability for employees and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap, managing the backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a robust solution. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership/management within HRIS or SaaS domains.
• Proven success in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience with leading TAM suites.
