Product Owner/ SCRUM Master

London – Onsite 3 days a week

Overview:

Join a cutting-edge, multi-year FICC Tech project aimed at addressing recent Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) amendments related to the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB). This project will focus on managing foreign-exchange and commodity risk, profit and loss attribution, and risk factor modellability. Your role will be pivotal in creating the foundational 'base layer' for successful project execution starting in January .

Key Responsibilities:

Support and organise the initial scoping and execution phases of the project.

Facilitate agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure effective team communication.

Act as a liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

Provide continuous support to the team, fostering an organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

5+ Years Product Owner Experience

Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with business stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and team coordination.

Business-minded with front office experience, ideally in banking or finance.

Experience in managing Greenfield projects.

Comfortable in a mid-level supporting role, with a proactive and outgoing personality.

Preferred Background:

While finance/banking experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates with diverse industry backgrounds who can bring a fresh perspective to the team.
