Job description
Overview

My industry-leading Client are looking for a Product Owner to join them and play a key role in their Salesforce journey. Acting as the voice of the customer and business, you will shape the team\'s workload to ensure the right value is delivered at the right time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and the wider business, translating complex needs into actionable deliverables while maintaining a sharp focus on delivery outcomes. The client implemented Salesforce off-the-shelf a couple of years ago and has since customised it across different business areas. It\'s working incredibly well, and they are looking to bring in a Salesforce specialist to manage the ongoing refinement of the product across their large customer-service function.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the conduit between stakeholders and the development team; gather requirements and understand what stakeholders need from the CRM.
  • Analyse problems/issues, suggest how Salesforce can help, and work with IT to deliver the required solutions.
  • Translate goals into deliverables with the development team, focusing on business value and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage changing priorities, deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control.
Qualifications and Profile
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge with an analytical perspective (focus on capabilities and impact rather than the nitty-gritty technical details).
  • Ability to translate business goals into deliverables for the development team.
  • Experience in a Business Analysis or Project Management background is acceptable if you have a solid grounding in Salesforce and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to push back when needed to ensure quality delivery.
  • Ability to navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with urgency, accountability, and impact.
Location and Benefits

On-site four to five days a week at their offices just outside of Hull to enable face-to-face interaction with the wider team and stakeholders. Salary is up to 55,000 plus bonus and broad benefits, in a state-of-the-art environment.
