A leading multinational company in Reading is seeking a dynamic candidate to enhance their B2B customer engagement and digital presence. You will define and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and manage key platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong digital experience, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. We are looking for someone to continue to take the content and B2B customer engagement tool to the next level with the goal of driving engagement, retention and drive distribution gains. The candidate will need to define, create and deliver the plan for engagement lifecycle using our 3rd party App Shopt. They’ll also need to work cross functionally and with Shopt to drive efficiencies and grow the digital relevance and reach of Pepsico across retail, specifically in Traditional Trade for visited and non visited stores.
