You will be joining our dynamic IT function, with a department consisting of c120 skilled professionals. We are an enabling function collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive ambitious initiatives within the Homes and Money business division.

As a Product Owner your role will be to lead colleagues within our innovative Scrum Teams, driving impactful change, and contributing to the collective success of the department and the broader organisation.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our Microsoft 365 Product Owner you will be working with a team of M365 specialists supporting our M365 suite of applications across the business. The team will be responsible for both the delivery and effectiveness of these products.

  • Create and deliver a roadmap to deliver Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Be a champion for utilisation of the Microsoft 365 toolset.
  • Be the single voice giving direction on what we are doing, the reasons on why we are doing it and how it will be delivered.
  • Manage incidents pre and post-rollout.
  • Manage and mitigate risks across the technology change project while in flight.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders to better understand use cases.
  • Regularly report on key KPIs on project rollout and BAU, including support items.
What Do We Need From You?
  • You will have good technical knowledge of the Microsoft toolset and understanding of potential commercial benefits.
  • A technical qualification would be a benefit, but practical experience would be accepted as well.
  • A strong grasp of the applications within the Microsoft 365 family and their benefits.
  • A strong communicator who can engage with stakeholders internally as well as external partners.
  • Experience rolling out Microsoft 365 applications at an enterprise level.
  • Experience of delivering technology change programmes.
