We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM’s automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. Within this role, we expect the successful candidate to refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role involves working closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data assets, starting with Business Intelligence dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of IAM or other controls, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
