Product Owner - IAM, Data - Banking*

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of IAM’s automated Continuous Controls Monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will refine and communicate the vision and strategy for key data products, translate business requirements into clear user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and create roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role involves defining and communicating the vision for key data products, with an initial focus on our Business Intelligence Capabilities. The candidate will work closely with engineering, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure our data assets, including Business Intelligence dashboards, are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals. A strong background in data management, excellent stakeholder management skills, an understanding of IAM (or other controls), and knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management are essential.
