• Translate business needs into clear backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritise Product Backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Engage stakeholders across front-office and business users to refine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog with ready user stories.
• Translate strategy into deliverable features aligned to outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align delivery with roadmap.
• Support development teams with context and sprint objectives.
• Lead creation of user stories, acceptance criteria and artefacts.
• Engage business stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.
• Apply customer-centric thinking using data and usability insights.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery, manage dependencies and risks.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and planning.
• Review prototypes and increments for business alignment.
• Support UAT to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes and unblock blockers.
