NatWest Group is seeking an Industry Product Owner to design and run our Industry Journey & Operations for vulnerable arrears customers. You will drive a prioritized backlog, identify opportunities to digitise and improve the customer journey, and ensure the journey delivers value with a strong customer and commercial focus.

You’ll work in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders, utilise Agile practices to deliver change, manage incidents, and target a world-class customer

Qualifikationen

• Subject matter expert in product proposition and process design.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile capabilities and ways of working.
• Ability to engage external stakeholders across debt advice sector and policy forums.
