You will be owning a key product for the organisation so ideally you will have Product Owner experience or have knowledge of technical methodology involved in software delivery and can utilise this to drive forwards the product roadmap.

About the role
You’ll be joining a cross-functional team with a shared mission to tackle complex financial and economic crime through smarter technology.

With client exposure, you will work closely with internal and external teams to shape how solutions are delivered, communicated, and improved.

This role combines investigative expertise with commercial awareness. You’ll be hands-on, shaping product usage, contributing to client success, and speaking externally at conferences and forums to share best practice.

What you’ll be doing

  • Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and customer forums
  • Advising on product development and capability through your specialist knowledge
  • Supporting clients with complex implementations
  • Prioritising and pushing along work to strive for delivery and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
  • Ideally, you will have a background working in financial services, financial investigations, fraud teams, law enforcement within public sector, private sector, policing, or regulatory agencies
  • First-hand experience using or owning software tools, ideally designed for investigation, case management, or intelligence analysis
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging external audiences or presenting at events/conferences
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to translate operational needs into product discussions
  • Hands-on approach and the desire to contribute across strategy, delivery, and frontline support
Why apply?
This is a role with real-world purpose. You’ll work with a company known for developing cutting-edge software used by law enforcement and government bodies across the UK and internationally.
You'll also benefit from:
  • A salary up to £55,000 - depending on experience
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week onsite
  • Permanent position
  • Nottingham based office
