Job summary

Miratech invites applications for a Junior Product Manager to shape a cloud-based customer engagement platform used across large-scale service operations. You will work with Technology, Operations, Workforce Management, Analytics, and external partners to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and manage the backlog.

The role involves Agile ceremonies, collaboration with Five9 and internal teams, and ownership of feature delivery, UAT support, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Contact Center Operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with Five9 Cloud.
• Knowledge of outbound dialing technologies (predictive, preview, progressive) and campaign management.
• Experience with CRM integrations, IVR, call routing, or workforce optimization platforms.
• Understanding of contact center KPIs (connection rates, occupancy, AHT, abandonment, campaign performance).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (writing user stories, backlogs, sprints).
• Experience with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and Vendors.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap for the Five9 Dialer platform.
• Gather business requirements with Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories and prioritized backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Coordinate delivery of new features, upgrades, and releases.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics to improve dialing strategies and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues with Five9 and internal partners to support stability.
• Assist with implementation of new dialing capabilities and integrations.
• Develop product documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Analyze user feedback to recommend roadmap opportunities.
• Ensure platform complies with regulatory and security requirements.
• Go to office in London or Brighton 3 days a week.
