Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers manage supply chain governance, risk management, and compliance. We serve both public and private sectors, with over 250,000 customers across the UK in various industries including construction, transport, retail, hospitality, education, facilities and property management, manufacturing, and government.

Role Summary:

Carbonica is a new initiative to capture and measure the full life-cycle assessment of carbon usage in building projects, from estimation to actual as-built usage.

The role holder will support the development and management of the Carbonica product, helping to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences for contractors and subcontractors, aligned with the product strategy and business objectives. This involves working on the launch of a new SaaS product, developed from an existing MVP and industry standards. The role requires close collaboration with the CTO, Product Manager, engineering, and design teams to prioritize the product backlog, launch new features, and ensure the platform meets customer needs and drives commercial value.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Owner – Carbonica

• Manage the backlog for all Carbonica features, including workflows and transaction flows, in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, user feedback, and analytics.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, communicating these to engineering teams for each sprint.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric product experiences.
• Work with engineering teams during Agile sprints to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Monitor feature performance during QA and launch, gather feedback, and iterate promptly.

Problem Resolution:

• Maintain progress reports and serve as the first contact point for engineering regarding new features.
• Identify and escalate issues timely, proposing potential solutions when possible.

Design and User Experience:

• Work with the Design and User Experience Research (UXR) teams to deliver top-tier user experiences.
• Specify and document briefs for designers and UX researchers.
• Manage outputs from UXR and design into engineering processes.

• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret product analytics
• Knowledge of Bill of Quantities, BIM models, building estimation tools, and related technologies
