The Business Analyst with trading experience will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
• Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand challenges and needs.
• Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assessing current systems and processes to find bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Developing system requirements and specifications for new or modified trading systems.
• Understanding execution workflows across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
• Working closely with developers and product managers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain complex issues and recommend solutions.
• Managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Being familiar with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
• Collaborating with traders to design and implement solutions for new products or services.
