Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with trading experience to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of financial markets and trading processes to identify business needs, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve and optimize trading operations.

The responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and documenting business requirements related to trading operations, including front-to-back processes.
2. Collaborating with traders and stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs.
3. Analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement and bottlenecks.
4. Working with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
5. Developing system requirements and specifications for trading systems.
6. Understanding execution workflows across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
7. Ensuring solutions meet both business and technical requirements by working closely with developers and product managers.
8. Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including executives, to explain complex issues and recommend solutions.
9. Managing stakeholder expectations and keeping them informed of project progress.
10. Familiarity with trade capture, execution, and lifecycle events.
11. Collaborating with traders to design and implement solutions for new products or services.
