An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the digitalization of claims. Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in driving product success? We’re seeking a Product Owner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to build, own and deliver a backlog of initiatives to drive forward our claims digitalisation roadmap in Retail. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering the Product Roadmap by collaborating closely with your Squad teams to translate strategic business objectives into actionable backlogs.
As the voice of the customer, you'll ensure that user needs are prioritised and understood, while developing a robust comprehension of both the technical landscape and the business domain. Join us to define and accept User Stories, guiding your Squad throughout the sprint cycle to ensure that each product increment meets our high standards for acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
