Responsibilities

  • Be the Product authority: Act as the go‑to expert for your product set—guiding decisions, aligning teams, and ensuring clarity across the business.
  • Own the roadmap: Build and manage a clear, prioritised product backlog that fuels a steady stream of impactful developments.
  • Maximise ROI: Ensure every product enhancement aligns with strategic goals and delivers strong returns.
  • Think long‑term: Keep a close eye on technical debt to maintain product health and sustainability over time.
  • Deliver with excellence: Oversee development processes to ensure high‑quality outcomes that meet business expectations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience: Solid background as a B2B software or data Product Owner, with a track record of delivering successful solutions.
  • Agile mindset: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and how to apply them effectively.
  • Customer‑focused discovery: Skilled in running workshops, conducting interviews, and mapping user journeys to uncover real needs.
  • Clear communicator: Able to write compelling, customer‑centric user stories and epics, and manage them with precision.
  • Team player: You foster collaboration and spark innovation to elevate the product development process.
  • Lifecycle know‑how: Comfortable navigating the full software development lifecycle.
  • (Bonus) Experience in automotive or insurance risk‑based products is a plus—but not a must.
Benefits
  • 10% non‑contributory pension
  • 29 days holiday (inclusive of Christmas shutdown) + public holidays
  • Group Life Assurance (equal to 4 x basic salary)
  • Salary Sacrifice schemes (cycle to work, home & tech scheme)
