Nationwide is seeking a Product Owner to shape and manage the ISA range within the Retail Savings product area. You will own the product lifecycle, from developing propositions to market launch, while monitoring performance and delivering positive customer outcomes.

As a Product Owner, you’ll step into an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Savings Product team within the wider Group Retail Products function. You’ll play a central role in shaping and managing savings products that help customers achieve their financial goals while delivering exceptional value. With proven product management experience gained within the banking industry, ideally managing savings or other financial products, you’ll bring the expertise needed to drive meaningful impact from day one.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from developing new propositions and bringing them to market through to monitoring performance and ensuring consistently positive customer outcomes. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to influence decisions, collaborate effectively across the business, and champion great customer outcomes. You’ll also play a key part in driving trading performance and leading initiatives that support the continued growth of our savings book.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

In this role, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of our ISA range by reviewing the competitive and regulatory landscape, assessing our position and making recommendations on our response. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to turn strategy into action, leading key projects and providing expert product insight.
Your focus will be on ensuring fair customer outcomes remain at the heart of everything we do, while identifying opportunities to boost business performance. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver a roadmap of initiatives that make a real impact.
