Our client is a leading supplier of software into the hospitality and higher education industry who are currently growing at circa 15% per annum.
This role will require you to be the voice of the customer! Through leading customer focus and understanding the customer's user story, this will contribute towards continuous product improvement.
The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, building rapport amongst stakeholders and playing a key role in delivering high-quality solutions.
