Futureheads are exclusively partnered with an innovative consultancy that specialises in organisational effectiveness and transformation. They are investing in proprietary technology to support their next phase of growth. At the centre of this is their organisation design platform, which enables the analysis, visualisation, and modelling of organisational structures to deliver impactful change.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and play a key role in shaping the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the platform evolves to meet business and user needs. You will work closely with engineering, design, and consulting teams to turn insights into valuable features, helping to scale the platform from proof of concept into a robust enterprise tool.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Backlog Management: Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical considerations.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and align delivery plans.
  3. User Engagement: Interact with consultants and end users to understand pain points, gather requirements, and validate product direction.
  4. Story Creation: Translate high-level ideas into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  5. Roadmap Delivery: Ensure successful execution of a roadmap that enhances platform functionality and drives client value.
  6. Data Utilisation: Track usage data and feedback to continuously improve the product.
  7. User Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user within the development team.

Required Experience
  1. 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager within software or SaaS environments.
  2. Strong understanding of Agile delivery processes.
  3. Ability to bridge business needs with technical perspectives when working with development teams.
  4. Experience with B2B platforms, enterprise software, or internal tools.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
  1. Familiarity with HR technology or organisational design tools is advantageous.
  2. Background in consulting or transformation environments is a plus.

Location
Hybrid working model with 3 days per week in London.

Salary
£50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
