Job descriptionRole OverviewAs Product Owner, you will work within a Scrum Team to represent the product vision and customer interests, ensuring products meet business requirements and expectations.
You should have an agile mindset, a business-focused approach, and effective communication skills. You will define market requirements, prioritize features within sprints, and guide the team in delivering high-quality products for customers.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to develop a roadmap for future features. The Product Owner will be responsible and accountable for a Product Area, shaping ideas and building a roadmap for upcoming features in that area.
Job requirementsKey Responsibilities- Manage and develop the product backlog and user stories for implementation.
- Engage with customers and end users to gather insights on desired features and translate these into backlog items.
- Monitor product development progress and plan for releases.
- Conduct backlog refinement meetings with stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing feedback on achievements.
- Deliver new features, representing customer expectations for new or existing products.
- Clearly specify product features for the development team.
- Review and incorporate statutory and process changes into development plans timely.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify valuable features or components.
- Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
- Assess the product value stream to identify improvement areas.
- Own relevant KPIs, ensuring developments align with performance metrics, tracking, and targets. Address under-performance proactively.
- Develop strategies to build and sustain product demand.
- Ensure features add value and enhance company returns.
- Facilitate feedback sessions post-sprints and releases, reporting insights to the team.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on product development.
