We’re looking for a Product Owner with expertise in Seismic to join RLAM’s Client Group Service team.

In this role, you’ll act as the key link between business stakeholders, Change teams, and Agile squads. You’ll also collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery and platform enhancements.

Your focus will be to align product delivery with Client Group outcomes, managing the full product lifecycle to maximise value. You’ll stay close to user needs, vendor capabilities, and strategic goals to ensure each product delivers meaningful impact.

About the role

  1. Gather and analyse user and stakeholder feedback to shape product direction.
  2. Prioritise and refine backlogs based on business value and strategic alignment.
  3. Collaborate with Change, BAU, architecture, and data teams to clarify requirements and ensure cohesive delivery.
  4. Define and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities.
  5. Use data and feedback to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Build strong vendor relationships to align external delivery with internal strategy.
  7. Develop a solid understanding of RLAM’s data models and architecture.

About you

  1. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  2. Skilled in solution design, problem-solving, and dependency management.
  3. Experience with product development architecture and analytics tools.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. User-centred mindset with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes.
  6. Ability to work with large cross-functional teams and a variety of people including users, product development and management team members.
