An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Identity and Authentication Platform, who provide enterprise level services, ensuring that we're meeting the Strong Customer Authentication regulations, enabling security and innovation, and trailblazing within the industry. Working in the Identity and IP&I Lab, you'll help us build elite digital identity solutions through a deep understanding of industry trends, and a willingness to apply your technical knowledge to making customer’s experiences better.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Leading multiple feature teams across digital identity products, ensuring that your teams are working on the right priorities and progressing towards the outcomes that you have defined and agreed with stakeholders.
  2. Role modelling a customer-centric approach and creating phenomenal customer outcomes through deep understanding of customers’ needs.
  3. Building strong relationships across areas of the Bank and partner teams and deliver through collaboration, while being an inclusive standout colleague at all levels.
  4. Challenging the status quo, working in a complex environment to innovate and collaborate.
  5. Using your intellectual curiosity to learn new skills and capabilities, becoming a domain expert and championing a learning culture.

What you’ll need:

  1. Experience in working with either Identity and Access Management Solutions, Fraud or Payments and a track record of getting to grips with the more technical aspects of your product to ensure that it is driving the right outcome for customers.
  2. Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common vision based on a strong product strategy. You're accustomed to building an inclusive team environment that inspires, motivates, attracts, and retains talent.
  3. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues. You'll have experience working closely with leaders and executives to influence, collaborate, and deliver a product roadmap based on excellent customer outcomes.
  4. A history of enabling thoughtful prioritisation by evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas, and requests, eliminating wasteful practices, and delivering value to customers as quickly as possible.
