Join us as a Product Owner and you’ll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for Store experience, the Product Owner for Productivity and Mobility will look after Workforce, Task management and Digital Colleague Application tools as well as the hardware our colleagues use to access these tools (e.g. handheld devices and headsets). You will play a pivotal role in transforming the colleague experience. Your mission is to empower our 20,000 store colleagues with mobile-first tools that support efficient operations, simplify tasks and increase value-adding activity time in our stores. In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and B&Qs strategy. Working closely across Retail and technology stakeholders (including Infrastructure and Hardware teams) you will shape new features / capabilities and manage the product backlog, balancing technical complexity with customer value, delivering high quality experiences through defining MVPs and acceptance criteria. You’ll foster agile development, support innovation through market awareness and test-and-learn approaches, and champion improved ways of working across B&Q and Kingfisher.
