Job Title: Product Owner

Salary: Circa £58,000

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and customer needs
  • Translating business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
  • Prioritising and maintaining the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing clear direction and clarifications
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Leading sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure the success of product releases
  • Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product improvements

The Next Generation Training Team - FalconWorks:

You'll be joining our FalconWorks Systems Directorate to be the Project OdySSEy Product Owner. You'll be part of a diverse, prominent team with the opportunity to collaborate with leading technology firms, bringing together industry leading synthetic training solutions and simulated learning to deliver high-quality efficient and affordable learning for our customers. Project OdySSEy is our technology-led collective and distributed single synthetic environment creating immersive multi- domain synthetic training to train the current and future operators. The Product Owner will work with Air Sector Service Delivery Units, FalconWorks Systems and Platform teams and key external partners to define the intended solution capability. You'll have the opportunity to travel within the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Development is support through learning facilities and new product based.
