You’ll be working in a collaborative, agile environment where your ideas and leadership will directly impact the customer experience and business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Prioritising product development and managing the product backlog
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features
• Leading product release planning and setting expectations for delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Monitoring product performance using analytics and feedback to drive improvements
• Removing roadblocks and ensuring business readiness for smooth delivery
• Championing the product internally and externally, sharing knowledge and insights

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Experience in product development, ideally within the UK mortgage market
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance customer needs with commercial goals
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Confidence in leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making
• Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement practices
• Commitment to delivering fair outcomes for customers in line with regulatory expectations
