Job summary

Chip is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to monitor product functionality, investigate issues, and collaborate with product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to optimise user experience. You will pull and analyse data with SQL, provide extracts and dashboards, and automate operational controls.

Ideal candidates are numerate with strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and eager to learn.

Job description

You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible.

What you'll do:

Action daily operational process controls and alerts.

Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues, collaborating with the wider business.

Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes.

Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can.

Pull and analyse data using SQL.

Provide data extracts, and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, with a main focus on operational controls.

Automate and optimise controls, processes and MI

What we’re looking for:

Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets - Basic to Intermediate

Willingness to learn and drive efficiency

Numerate with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills

Meticulous with attention to detail

Proactive with our core value “Make it Happen” in mind

Fast learning, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload appropriately

Smart, with the ability to find solutions independently

Nice to have

You have worked in a tech environment before or have a strong interest in FinTech (think challenger banks, crypto and app-based investing)
