Position

The Product Merchandising Coordinator will support the Women's and Baby Universe Merchandiser by managing weekly sales reporting, monitoring stock levels and sell-through rates, and assisting with retail store product requests. The role covers the Northern Europe region.

This position requires a proactive, intelligent, and efficient individual capable of supporting the Merchandiser and communicating effectively with retail stores across Northern Europe regarding product information and sales analysis.

Job responsibilities

  • Providing solutions and support for client product requests across the Northern Europe retail network.
  • Monitoring delivery updates on seasonal and permanent stock, sharing information with merchandiser and retail teams.
  • Preparing weekly sales reports and updating retail messages.
  • Creating and maintaining Sell Through files for each collection for women’s and baby categories.
  • Tracking pre-sales deposits, deliveries, and conversion rates.
  • Developing Visual Merchandising looks per store per season and coordinating with VM and retail teams.
  • Managing stock rebalancing for retail and events across the market.
  • Gathering feedback from retail teams on collections and relaying insights to EMEA merchandising teams.
  • Assisting with buy preparation analysis and collecting feedback on runway requests to support merchandising decisions.
  • Monitoring seasonal competitor pricing and market trends.
