We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and strategically-minded B2B Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role acts as a vital link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring we deliver the right solutions with the right messaging to the right audience at the right time.

Expectations for Success

  • Develop and promote product marketing resources such as case studies, guides, research articles, webinars, white papers, and videos to communicate our products' value effectively
  • Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns using content, email, web, social media, and ads to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Maintain and expand competitive intelligence, monitor the marketplace, create battle cards, and research related verticals
  • Facilitate cross-departmental training to ensure messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with regional technical teams and analysts to identify and share use cases and messaging globally
  • Work with product and sales teams to support successful product and feature launches
  • Manage social media channels, create content calendars, and monitor performance to optimize results
  • Keep product collateral and sales enablement resources up-to-date
  • Support additional initiatives as needed within the Product Marketing team

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Excellent business writing skills with experience in technical messaging
  • Knowledge of product marketing principles, techniques, and best practices

  • Experience building marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and cross-department collaboration abilities
  • Creative thinker with innovative marketing ideas and strategies
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in the internet, networking, or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Successful background check completion
