Job Details

Role: Product Marketing Specialist

This market-leading manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Product Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A key aspect of this role involves the efficient use of AI tools to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department and achievement of its goals.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify potential markets and customers, support new product development, update product sheets, create launch documents, facilitate product training, and lead product promotion campaigns aligned with global and regional sales strategies.

You will also coordinate with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Event Marketing teams, and manage external marketing partners including media, content writers, web agencies, graphic designers, and event partners.

Internally, you will work with the Global Sales Team, R&D, Customer Technical Service, and Operations teams on various product-related projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in a similar product marketing role
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally packaging
• Experience in B2B marketing
• Willingness to travel (2-4 times a year)
• Preferably on-site work for effective product knowledge sharing
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are advantageous
• Strong data and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
• Knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Blender is beneficial
