What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager supporting our Retailer Monetization solutions portfolio. In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy of these solutions as well as lead the cross-functional efforts to drive successful product launches, sales strategy, and enablement. You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives to communicate the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales enablement strategies, translating technical information into assets that drive value for customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Retail Media industry, retailer monetization solutions, and customer needs.
  • Design impactful internal enablement plans (training, materials, etc.) tailored to different audiences.
  • Ensure messaging highlights Criteo's differentiation and aligns with our core value proposition.
  • Understand retailer personas to create effective customer enablement strategies through channels such as webinars, client communications, one-sheets, and education programs.
  • Share thought leadership and educate internal and external audiences on our solutions and value propositions.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product strategy.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in product marketing or related roles within Retail Media.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional projects or product launches.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives for various audiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills related to product experience, success metrics, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects from conception to execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at navigating diverse cultures and stakeholders across functions and geographies to align on go-to-market priorities.
