Our mission is to stand out as the ultimate adaptable e-learning solution, tailored to meet the diverse, advanced and intricate business models of contemporary organizations.

We are committed to delivering unmatched flexibility in our offerings, ensuring that businesses, individuals, and communities can effortlessly embrace knowledge empowerment as a cornerstone of their growth and success.

The cloud-based e-learning platform offers tailor-made solutions, from creating whole e-learning websites to author online courses as well as providing the right tools to sell them on a B2B/B2C function. Today, LearnWorlds has c.11.000 customers in more than 150 countries and our team is fully remote. However, we also offer the option of working from the office for those who want to mix things up. We have offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol.

Role Purpose

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager who ships fast, writes sharp, and thinks like a customer — our customer.

That means course creators, training teams, learning entrepreneurs, and B2B organizations who trust LearnWorlds to power their online academies and digital learning businesses.

If you love turning complex products into stories that resonate and want to help thousands of schools grow smarter and faster, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the voice of our product, turning features and workflows into powerful stories that educate, activate, and retain our customers. From solopreneurs launching their first academy to enterprises training thousands of users, you'll help them succeed with LearnWorlds.

You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and be part of a growing Product Marketing team that works closely with our wider Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams. Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of how we work.

We work in a project-based way, so you'll take ownership of strategic initiatives from end to end. Some projects are cross-functional, and others are more self-led. You'll thrive in fast-moving environments, collaborate deeply, and make things happen.

Here's how you'll drive impact:

  • Lead Product Launches Plan go-to-market activities for new features — from sales decks to webinars, landing pages to lifecycle emails. Bonus points if you use AI tools to speed up copy iterations and campaign testing
  • Own Features Messaging & Positioning Craft crisp, compelling messaging for our platform and feature releases — always grounded in what drives success for training businesses, customer educators, and course sellers, and aligned with our Brand team to ensure consistency and voice
  • Support Retention & Expansion Develop programs and messaging that help customers discover more value, adopt more features, and grow their usage. Work with CX and lifecycle teams to spot patterns and build scalable solutions
  • Gather & Share Customer Insights Talk to customers. Synthesize research. Track competitors. Use that knowledge to influence product, shape campaigns, and advocate for what school owners really need
  • Optimise Release Comms Processes Use AI-powered tools to improve the way we build campaigns, share insights, and distribute messaging — from faster positioning drafts to scalable enablement content
  • Track Performance & Improve Define success, monitor results, and double down on what works — whether it's onboarding flows, AI-generated content, or campaign strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years in product marketing or growth marketing at a SaaS company
  • Strong writing skills — you explain ideas simply and persuasively, and can shift tone for different customer types
  • Hands-on experience with launches, campaigns, and content creation
  • Endless curiosity about our customer — you can think like a course seller, an L&D manager, or a training agency
  • Cross-functional confidence — you've worked with product, sales, support, and analytics teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Mixpanel, in-app messaging — and AI tools like ChatGPT etc
  • Comfortable running A/B tests and optimizing for results

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with lifecycle or retention marketing
  • Built high-converting landing pages or onboarding flows
  • Experience marketing to SMBs, consultants, or educators
  • A strong point of view on how AI is changing the way we do marketing and team operations
  • A passion for education, creativity, and helping small businesses scale

Benefits

  • Private life and health insurance plan
  • Fully remote work if you prefer to work from home, apart from when we have team meetings a few times per year
  • Your personal annual training budget
  • An annual home office allowance to set up your personal space
  • Company laptop
  • 23 days of paid time off
  • 3 early summer Fridays in July and August
  • A free LearnWorlds School to build and sell your own courses
  • Work in one of the globally top 5 e-learning courses platform
  • An opportunity to grow alongside us and shape the look and feel of tomorrow's e-learning
  • An entrepreneurial, international, and highly motivated team with a flat hierarchy that will both challenge you and help you reach your highest potential
