Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and strategic Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of direct experience to join our growing team at Parameta Solutions. This role will be key in driving our go-to-market efforts and delivering campaigns for our growing product suite. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring our OTC market data solutions to life, ensuring that our value proposition resonates with clients and prospects. This hybrid role requires agility, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of Parameta’s OTC market data, indices, and analytics solutions.
Design and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels, including digital marketing, events, and content creation. Ensure campaigns increase market awareness and drive lead generation.
Partner closely with sales, product, and client success teams to develop tailored marketing content, collateral, and campaigns. Act as a resourceful problem solver, translating complex product features into clear, compelling benefits for the target audience.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure the product’s positioning remains competitive and relevant in the market.
Be an influential voice in the commercial organization, driving alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Balance autonomy with collaboration, leveraging relationships across teams to achieve results.
Experience / Competences
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for data products. Ability to craft compelling marketing content and campaigns targeting financial market participants
Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital marketing, content creation, events) that successfully generate leads.
Formal experience in product marketing, preferably in the financial services or data industry.
Experience working closely with sales, product, and client success teams to create tailored marketing content and strategies. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling benefits for clients.
Ability to conduct market research, understand industry trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Competence in tracking competitor activity and adjusting product positioning accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling messages and content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Comfortable with both autonomy and teamwork in a dynamic setting.
In-depth knowledge of global financial markets.
Ability to quickly adapt to market changes and challenges, staying flexible and proactive in a fast-evolving business environment.
Ability to build strong relationships across functions and influence key stakeholders across the organization. Strong interpersonal skills to align various teams towards common marketing goals.
