The Opportunity

Dr. Barbara Sturm is seeking a strategic, creative and highly organised Product Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing team. As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Dr. Barbara Sturm globally; driving competitive and compelling product strategies and global go-to-market campaigns that support and enhance Dr. Sturm’s leading luxury position. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the international marketing calendar, developing 360 product marketing campaigns, and executing NPD & core marketing strategies across the full Molecular Cosmetics portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams (product development, global marketing, creative, operations, DTC channels and global markets) to ensure the successful and seamless execution of all product launches and sustained growth of the Dr. Barbara Sturm business and product portfolio.

What you'll get to do

Product Strategy & Positioning:
Develop and communicate clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning for core products and innovations that set the brand apart and resonate with Dr. Sturm’s global audience, aligning with the brand’s vision and values.

New Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategies:
Lead go-to-market strategy for new launches, collaborating with global teams (product development, education, marketing, business development, operations), DTC channels and global markets to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of all NPD launches.

Product Architecture:
Oversee the strategic structure of the skincare portfolio to ensure a cohesive and elevated offering. Collaborate with product development and marketing to shape our product architecture, identify assortment gaps, and align innovation with market trends. Partner with communications to craft storytelling that enhances consumer navigation and brand differentiation.

Market Analysis & Insights:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Use consumer insights to refine and optimise product offerings.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated global campaigns that highlight product benefits, unique formulations, and the brand’s skincare excellence. Ensure alignment with Dr. Barbara Sturm’s voice, aesthetic, and luxury positioning.

Sampling & GWPs:
Lead global sampling and GWP strategies to drive product trial and customer acquisition. Work with product development, operations, and business development to create toolkits guiding global promotional initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor product launch and campaign effectiveness against business objectives. Track KPIs and market data to inform future strategies and ensure success across markets and DTC channels.

We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the luxury beauty and/or skincare industry.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of skincare market dynamics, customer segmentation, and luxury skincare landscape. Expertise in creating compelling brand stories and effective marketing strategies. Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet fast-paced deadlines.

  • Creative & Analytical: Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to drive commercial success. Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
