Job Description:

As part of the Global Monetization Creative Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling creative adoption across Europe, empowering advertisers to unlock TikTok’s creative potential and driving sustained revenue growth through innovative product solutions. Our Advertiser Enablement team acts as the bridge between Creative Product and the EUI market, including GBS and clients, focusing on revenue generation and product adoption.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert who can bring advertisers’ visions to life with engaging content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with product teams, creative partners, and content creators in a commercial context, with a proven ability to influence advertisers to embrace creative strategies as a business growth lever. They should be comfortable discussing campaign performance with marketing directors and negotiating incentive plans with creative partners to ensure ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own and lead creative product strategy for key clusters in the UK market, driving revenue and product penetration.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok’s Creative Product Suite, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  3. Build and nurture relationships within TikTok’s creative ecosystem, educating partners on best practices and identifying revenue opportunities.
  4. Develop monetization strategies based on data trends and feedback, optimizing product performance for revenue impact.
  5. Position creative input as a growth driver in marketing activations.
  6. Track and analyze KPIs such as revenue, adoption, and retention, offering insights to improve product adoption and campaign results.
  7. Manage end-to-end creative product enablement, ensuring smooth pre- and post-sales processes and maintaining strong partner relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or advertising, with a successful track record in revenue growth through creative solutions and data strategies.
  • Experience managing advertising RFP processes with a strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs and aligning proposals with client goals.
  • Expertise in product and data analytics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across channels, including executive briefings and client presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve monetization goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s degree.
